Neville looks to improve defense The Neville Tigers are back on the baseball field today, March 17, as they face the Ouachita Lions at 4:30 p.m. in the first game of the 11th Annual Chevron/Ouachita Classic.
The Tigers went 1-3 in the Yellow Jacket Invitational played in Denham Springs last weekend. Neville lost to West Feliciana, 14-7, St. Michael 10-3, and Denham Springs 15-6, but defeated Walker, 16-8.
The Tigers will look for major improvements on the mound and in the field this week after surrendering more than 11 runs per game in the Yellow Jacket Invitational.
