Police chief interviews continue Interviews with the eight candidates for Monroe Police Chief began this week, with the final interview scheduled for Tuesday, March 15.
The eight candidates include Monroe Police Maj. Don Bartley, interim Monroe Police Chief Herbert Otwell, retired State Police trooper Cam Douglas, Monroe police detective Quentin Holmes, Monroe Police officer Glenn Kramel, Monroe police detective Charles Roark and Metro Narcotics Capt. Hank Smith.
