Webber expects enrollment to top 20,000
Officials with Ouachita Parish Schools expect enrollment next school year to top 20,000 students for the first time ever.
That's according to Superintendent Dr. Bob Webber, who discussed the state of the parish school system Monday during a luncheon hosted by the West Monroe-West Ouachita Chamber of Commerce.
He said one of the best ways to determine if a school district is a good system is to look at student enrollment.
