Neville faces playoff road test
The Neville Tigers advanced to the Louisiana High School Athletic Association Class 4A quarterfinals with a 61-52 win over the McDonough #35 Roneagles on Tuesday in Monroe.
The Tigers are in the quarterfinals for the first time in recent memory and are just one victory away from advancing to the Top 28 Tournament in Lafayette.
Head coach Phillip Craig doesn't remember the last time Neville was in this position, but he does know his team has work left to do at No. 5 Northside on Friday.
