Performance scores vary
While Ouachita Parish Schools' district performance score for 2010 dropped slightly compared to its 2009 score, the parish school system remains one of the top school systems in the state.
Ouachita Parish Schools recently received a mark of 102.8 for its 2010 district performance score from the Louisiana Department of Education. In 2009, Ouachita Parish School's district performance score was 103.6.
The parish school system is now ranked 14th in the state regarding district performance scores.
