St. Frederick battles Elton
The St. Frederick Warriors qualified for the Louisiana High School Athletic Association Class 1A playoffs as the No. 31 seed when the brackets were officially released on Monday morning.
The Warriors will travel to No. 2 Elton High School Friday at 7 p.m.
The Warriors, third-place in District 2-1A, will be meeting Elton for the first time. Elton went 20-4 this season and is currently on a seven-game winning streak heading into the Friday contest.
