CCS earns playoff home game vs. Calvin The Claiborne Christian School Crusaders begin the Louisiana High School Athletic Association Class C playoffs at home Friday at 7 p.m. when they host No. 21 Calvin to begin the playoffs.
CCS is ranked No. 12 in Class C. The Crusaders (13-15) got a big momentum boost heading into postseason play last week with a 56-52 victory over defending Class C state champion Athens High School.
"We made some big shots in the second half," CCS head coach Josh Taylor said. "I think we just kind of caught (Athens) on a down night. We have to keep working hard and get ready for the playoffs now."
