GRMC opens third facility
Glenwood Regional Medical Center this week officially opened its new imagining center, urgent care center and family practice facility in north Monroe near Finks Hideaway Road.
Construction of the new 9,480-square-foot facility began in August 2010. Glenwood officials held grand opening ceremonies for the new facility Wednesday.
"We are pleased to offer patients in north Monroe and northeast Louisiana the same quality care that Glenwood has provided for the past 50 years," said Glenwood CEO Ron Elder.
Glenwood Regional Medical Center in north Monroe is located at 3995 Sterlington Road.
The north Monroe location gives Glenwood Regional Medical Center three service facilities in Ouachita Parish.
