Webber to speak at Chamber event
Dr. Robert Webber, superintendent of Ouachita Parish Schools, will speak at a West Monroe-West Ouachita Chamber of Commerce luncheon at noon Monday, Feb. 28.
Webber has been superintendent since 2001. Prior to this appointment, he served as principal at Ouachita Junior High School and an assistant principal at Ouachita Parish High School.
His career also includes teaching and coaching. He is a graduate of Northeast Louisiana University and Louisiana Tech University, where he earned his doctorate.
The event will be held at the West Monroe Convention Center. Tickets are $20 per person. Sponsorships are available for $300 for a table for eight.
