Saying "I Love You" are three of the most important words anyone can say. The biggest part of saying these words is to mean it when you say them.
I know of a father that is on his death bed and for the first time ever told his 40 year old daughter that he loved her. It's a sad situation that someone has to wait 40 years to hear the words that she has wanted to hear all of her life.
It hasn't been a pretty raising of this child. There have been periods of drug use, substance abuse, and two failed marriages.
