Neville keeps dominating 3-4A The Neville Tigers and Lady Tigers are scheduled to be back in action Friday night when they travel to Winnsboro to take on the Franklin Parish Patriots. Some games around the parish were canceled due to a dispute over pay raises among the Louisiana High School Athletic Association and officials.
The Winnsboro Officials Association continues to work through the negotiations and the game will be played as scheduled.
The Tigers have won five consecutive games and are currently ranked No. 1 in the latest power point projections from the LHSAA. The power rankings are used to seed the top 32 teams in the upcoming LHSAA basketball playoffs that will begin the week of Feb. 15 for the girls and Feb. 22 for the boys teams across the state of Louisiana.
