Kostelka bristles at education initiative A northeast Louisiana lawmaker described the state Department of Education's efforts to address the state's drop-out problem as "comical" since legislation was approved two years ago to deal with the concern.
Sen. Bob Kostelka talked with The Ouachita Citizen Tuesday about the Department of Education's new anti-drop out program. He recently was appointed to the Senate Committee on Vocational and Technical Education.
