It wasn't long ago that I attended a funeral of a good friend of mine. Even though he was up in his years, he continued to have an active lifestyle and was very considerate and cordial to others. He was a leader among his peers and very well respected by all who had contact with him.
As the minister spoke of this man he stated, "When good men die, their contributions do not." This is so true for this man was involved in so many organizations and his legacy will be continued for years to come. His seeds of good wholesome living along with his faith in the Lord have been implanted on many, many hearts.
As Christ told us in his parable in Matthew 13:23, "But the one who received the seed that fell on good soil is the man who hears the word and understands it.
