Special legislative session set to begin March 20 The state Legislature will conduct a special session in March to focus on redrawing congressional and state district lines based on the recently released Census population data. The session will begin at 5 p.m. on Sunday, March 20.
The session will also allow adjustment of state laws which affect areas based on population ranges to reflect the new data.
