LSU preps for Cotton Bowl
The No. 11 Louisiana State University Tigers (10-2) will battle the No. 17 Texas A&M Aggies (9-3) at 7 p.m. Friday in the 2011 Cotton Bowl at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
LSU got some great news on Monday night when leading running back Stevan Ridley was cleared to play in the game.
Ridley had been practicing with the team but was not eligible to play in the Cotton Bowl until Monday because of potential academic issues.
