Jury holds up on water gauge project The Ouachita Parish Police Jury has yet to approve a $147,440 proposal from its parish engineer to recalibrate water gauges parish-wide.
Parish engineer Tom Holtzclaw provided the Police Jury Monday with his cost proposal for the project, but the Police Jury did not take any action.
