Crosby passes chairman duties to Wilbanks
One of the biggest goals for the West Monroe-West Ouachita Chamber of Commerce in 2011 entails implementing the West 20/20 comprehensive plan.
That's according to outgoing chamber chairman Kevin Crosby, who handed the reins of the chamber's board of directors to Johnny Wilbanks on Monday during the chamber's annual business meeting. It was held at the West Monroe Convention Center.
Wilbanks will assume chairman duties Jan. 1.
