Banks team up to help program Ouachita Independent Bank, Community Trust Bank, Progressive Bank, Richland State Bank, Cross Keys Bank, BancorpSouth Bank and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas recently awarded $24,000 in a partnership grant program awards to Family Promise of Ouachita.
The checks were presented during an event at OIB earlier this month.
Family Promise will use the funds to help pay its monthly operating expenses. Family Promise is a nonprofit organization that is committed to helping low-income families achieve lasting independence.
