$3.7M in disaster funding remains idle More than 15 months after being awarded $3.7 million in disaster recovery funding, the Ouachita Parish Police Jury is still working out the details to move forward with implementing several drainage improvement projects.
It is a process several police jurors are frustrated with, and they let it be known at the Police Jury's regular meeting Monday.
