Lincoln Builders has been selected to construct the alterations and additions to the new $9 million expansion of the St. Francis Medical Center's Emergency Department.

The new emergency center will be named the Kitty DeGree Emergency Center after local philanthropist Kitty DeGree, who contributed $1 million towards the project.

The project will update and expand the existing facility through renovation of 12,000 square feet and addition of approximately 15,000 square feet for a completed facility with 29,250 square feet.
