District 3-4A teams in tourney
In one of the area's most eventful districts, the Neville Tigers (2-2), West Ouachita Chiefs (6-0), and Wossman Wildcats (0-3) are all off and running in pre-district action.
West Ouachita is off to one of the school's best starts in recent memory with a 6-0 record and convincing wins over local 1A teams such as Ouachita Christian School (65-12) and St. Frederick (66-32). WOHS is averaging 60.3 points per game.
On defense, the Chiefs have been one of Ouachita Parish's top defensive units, giving up just 34.7 points per game this season through six contests.
