OPPJ to approve $90M budget
The Ouachita Parish Police Jury is set to approve its $90 million spending plan for the 2011 fiscal year.
The 2011 fiscal year budget was officially introduced during the Police Jury's Nov. 15 meeting. Police jurors most likely will adopt the budget during Monday's regular Police Jury meeting.
Police Jury finance committee chairman Charles Jackson said the overall budget for the 2011 fiscal year will be tight.
