 The NELG&H Society met on Sunday, Nov. 14, 2010 in the Louis Locke room of the Ouachita Parish Public Library in Monroe.

James Free, president told about the old Baughman house in Farmerville being restored and tours being given each Sunday afternoon in November Nyleen Bell told of one notable event: Charles Lindburg's plane once landed in the front yard of the home.

Free said the December social will feature Mr. McCarter with more of his stories about the oil and gas industry.
