Funeral services for Archie A. "Dickie" Duke, 81, of Monroe, were held Tuesday, Nov. 23, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home.
Ammon Robison Fuller
Funeral services for Ammon Robison Fuller were held Monday, Nov. 22 at First United Methodist Church with Rev. Will Sheffield officiating.
Interment followed at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery.
Sarah Wall Gentry
Funeral Services for Sarah Wall Gentry, 89, of West Monroe were held at 2 p.m. Sunday Nov. 14, 2010, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe with Rev. Mark Foster and Bill Norris officiating. Interment will follow at Hasley Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe.
Mrs. Gentry was born in Ouachita Parish on July 3, 1921 and passed away on Nov. 12, 2010, at Glenwood Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Gentry along with her husband Haze owned and managed Gentry's Grocery. She was a member of First Baptist Church in West Monroe and the New Directions Life Group. Mrs. Gentry was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She is preceded in death by her husband Haze; parents, Elliott and Mandy Lee Wall; brothers, Dallas, Shady and S.E. Wall.
Survivors include her children, JaNell Rose and husband Bob, Jan Gentry, Kim Williams and husband Dolph; grandchildren, Kandy Little and husband Todd, Mistie Myers and husband Jay, Shad Green, and Amber Fowler; great grandchildren, Brent, Brandon, and Branson Myers, Cheyenne, Sierra, and Auger Little, Logan, Rylan and Nate Green. Special lifelong friend Azzie Lee Ross and her caregivers Lillie Standifer and Alice Young.
Pallbearers were Harold Snowden, Ronnie Lee Fowler, Don Auger, Eddie Joe Frazier, Brent Myers, Brandon Myers, Branson Myers and Larry Norris.
