Eagles battle familiar foe
The No. 9 seed Ouachita Christian School Eagles (9-3) will host the No. 16 Delhi Charter School Gators in the quarterfinals of the Louisiana High School Athletic Association Class 1A football playoffs on Friday.
OCS is coming off a 55-26 road victory over defending Class 1A champion Haynesville High School last week.
Quarterback Paul Michael Garner completed 11-of-15 pass attempts for 141 yards and four touchdowns in the game while running back Josh Greer carried the ball 12 times for 159 yards and Akeem Henderson ran for 78 yards and two scores in the game.
