$10.5 million slated for roads
The Ouachita Parish Police Jury will spend some $10.5 million on various road projects during the 2011 fiscal year.
Some of the road projects fall under the Police Jury's capital outlay urban systems while others are part of the capital outlay road program fund.
The Police Jury agreed to its road program for the 2011 fiscal year during its regular meeting Monday.
