WM church holds 'Operation Christmas Child'
Christmas arrived early in West Monroe this week as Fair Park Baptist Church began accepting shoe boxes filled with gifts to send to children around the world.
The church will once again serve as a collection point for Operation Christmas Child, a project sponsored by Samaritan's Purse, an international Christian relief and evangelism organization.
Members of Fair Park Baptist Church, located on Whites Ferry Road, have begun collecting shoeboxes filled with toys and other gifts to send to children.
