Eagles travel to Haynesville
The No. 9 Ouachita Christian School Eagles (8-3) will hit the road to face the defending Class 1A state champion Haynesville Golden Tornado (9-2) in the second round of the Louisiana High School Athletic Association Class 1A football playoffs this Friday.
OCS romped over their first-round foe Vermillion Catholic by a count of 56-0 last week to advance to the next round of the playoffs.
"I thought we came out and played with some good intensity," OCS head coach Steven Fitzhugh said. "And the defense came up big with four turnovers."
