Neville preps for St. Louis Catholic
The No. 21 Neville Tigers (6-5) will host the No. 5-seeded St. Louis Saints at Bill Ruple Stadium on Friday. Neville is coming off of a thrilling 49-43 first-round victory over Jennings last week.
Quarterback John Diarse was phenomenal on offense, completing 9-of-17 pass attempts for 167 yards and running for 143 yards to pace Neville. Neville running back Charles Jones also eclipsed the 100-yard mark with 101 yards rushing on 16 carries.
This week, St. Louis brings one of the their best teams in school history up from Lake Charles to battle the defending Class 4A champions.
