The Community Development division of the city of Monroe's Planning & Urban Development department will host a pre-proposal conference for 501(c)3 Non-profit organizations and city divisions who plan to compete for federal community development block grant, HOME, and Emergency Shelter Grant funding.

The meeting will be held 3 p.m. Monday, Nov. 8, in the Training Room of the City Hall Annex, located at 3901 Jackson St.

All non-profit organizations who plan to compete for available funds through these City of Monroe programs should attend this meeting.
