Parade applications available Applications are now available for the annual Monroe -West Monroe Christmas Parade, a community event produced by the Kiwanis Club of West Monroe and sponsored by Ouachita Independent Bank.
The parade will take place at 3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 4. The parade will originate in downtown West Monroe and proceed to Monroe. This year's theme is "A Starry Christmas."
