Harris convicted of malfeasance Former Richwood Mayor Ed Harris, who recently was elected to the Richwood Board of Aldermen, was convicted Saturday of one count of malfeasance in office.
A six-person jury found Harris guilty after deliberating for almost three hours following closing arguments. Harris was tried in 4th Judicial District Court in Monroe.
