DeltaFest pageant contest under way The 2011 Little Miss and Mr. DeltaFest contest began Monday, Oct. 11. Registration for the online contest runs through Friday, Nov. 12. Voting will take place on the DeltaFest website at: www.ladeltafest.com.
City of Monroe Special Events Manager Myra Gatling said, "Our 2010 Little Miss (Maisy Marie Liles) and Mr. (Randal Bishop) have been outstanding mini-ambassadors for the City of Monroe at numerous events. This contest is a great opportunity for your little boy or girl to have fun representing our city and a wonderful event (DeltaFest)."
