No. 9 LSU hosts McNeese State

The No. 9 Louisiana State University Tigers will step out of Southeastern Conference play this Saturday when they host McNeese State University at 7 p.m.

The game pits in-state rivals from different divisions against each other in Baton Rouge. LSU is one of the few undefeated teams remaining in the Football Bowl Subdivision. McNeese plays in the Football Championship Subdivision.

LSU is coming off another thrilling, last-second victory in conference play. Trailing the University of Florida Gators 29-26 with just 35 ticks remaining, head coach Les Miles called for a fake field goal on fourth-and-2.
