Undefeated rivals clash
In what could be described as the most anticipated game in the area so far this football season, the No. 1-ranked West Monroe Rebels (5-0) go into the "Lion's Den" at Ouachita on Friday night to battle the No. 7 Ouachita Lions (5-0).
The Rebels are coming off a 43-0 win over the Airline Vikings last week to begin the district part of their schedule.
The district 1-5A victory could set the tone for good things to come from the Rebels the rest of the season.
