Eagles, Gators tangle in Monroe
The Ouachita Christian School Eagles (2-3) will begin district play on the road this Friday as they host the Delhi Charter School Gators (3-2).
The game will mark the second ever meeting between the schools with OCS winning in Delhi last year, 14-7.
OCS is coming off a 38-12 home loss to Calvary Baptist Academy last week. Calvary Baptist School is currently No. 3 in the Class 2A state polls.
"We had our chances last week," OCS head coach Steven Fitzhugh said. "We made some plays and then sometimes we didn't."
