Sterlington hosts Farmerville
The Sterlington Panthers (2-3) will be back in action this Friday night as they host the Farmerville Farmers (4-1) at Panther Stadium. The game marks the beginning of district 2-2A play for both squads.
Sterlington is coming off a 41-20 loss at Oak Grove last week. The contest okayed Thursday night, giving the Panthers an extra day of rest before playing the No. 3 Farmers.
The Panthers could not find enough consistency on offense to match the Oak Grove Tigers last week as the Tigers kept pounding the ball into the end zone.
