Busy ballot awaits voters

Voters in Ouachita Parish will head to the polls Saturday to decide on a number of local elections.

Parish voters as well as voters across the state also will cast ballots in a special election for lieutenant governor. They will decide the fate of two proposed constitutional amendments, too.

Polls open at 6 a.m. and close at 8 p.m.
