Spence points to accomplishments

Ouachita Parish School Board member Susan Spence has seen many positive events occur in the parish school system during her tenure on the school board.

Spence, the District G representative on the school board, will face "Lou" St. Amant in the Saturday, Oct. 2, election.

Spence took over the District G seat in November 2007, after a special election was needed to fill the unexpired term of Phillip Odom. Odom resigned from the school board that year.
