Joyce campaigns on city court experience Judicial candidate Jeff Joyce says his experience in practicing in all areas of the law makes him qualified to serve as judge at Monroe City Court.
Joyce, 35, will face Laurie Burkett and Charlie Heck in the Saturday, Oct. 2, election. They are vying to fill the Division B judgeship at Monroe City Court.
