Life is for giving, forgiving

I am reading a book entitled "The Shack" by William P. Young that Sara Kelly at Blessings Bookstore had recommended. I usually do not enjoy fiction; but every now and then, I will read a book of fiction that does touch me. Og Mandino is my favorite author, yet most of his work is fiction. Go figure.

Fiction contains a lot of metaphors that enliven the physical senses. My writing is very simple with not many big words, or a lot of metaphors. I try very hard to encase strong emotion in the words that I do use. I have always lived by the adage, "You tell them with your mouth, but you sell them with your heart." I hope that I am able to sell with what I write. Now how did I get so far off my subject?

Chapter 16 in The Shack is about forgiveness and unforgiveness. Would you believe that there is no such word as unforgiveness listed in the dictionary? I don't know why, but maybe it is because God wants us to be completely free of never forgiving.
