Guirlando touts experience in District C race

After years as a teacher and principal at Rayville Junior High, Tony Guirlando wants to make a bigger impact for students in West Ouachita Parish.

He will face A.R. "Red" Sims in the Oct. 2 election for the Ouachita Parish School Board District C seat.

Sims is the current school board member for District C. He will be profiled by The Ouachita Citizen at a later date.
