Breland seeks another term Oct. 2 Sterlington Mayor Vern Breland hopes to continue managing a town that's experienced tremendous growth and success in recent years.
Breland will stand for re-election in the Oct. 2 election. His opponent is Dale Lowery. Breland and his family recently finished knocking on every resident's door in the town of Sterlington. He set out with a goal to visit with residents, and for the past six weeks, he says he's received plenty of positive feedback from residents.
