Locals graduate from LSUHSC with physician assistant degrees

LSU Health Sciences Center in Shreveport awarded graduate degrees in the health sciences to more than 60 new healthcare professionals and biomedical scientists during commencement exercises held Saturday, Aug. 14, at the Gold Dome in Shreveport.

Keynote speaker was Paula Hickman, executive director of the Community Foundation of North Louisiana.

Zhi Yi Kuan Baker of Monroe and Christopher Blake Bamburg of West Monroe received a bachelor of science in physician assistant.
