Resident tears into PJ over abandoned homes, drugs
A western Ouachita Parish woman is concerned with abandoned buildings in her neighborhood as well as the overall safety of her children in the area.
Rita Brown of Ridge Drive voiced her concerns about those issues during last week's regular Ouachita Parish Police Jury meeting.
"It's a joke," she said of the neighborhood.
