Expansion of online learning initiatives continues at the University of Louisiana-Monroe with the addition of a bachelor's of arts degree in psychology, giving non-traditional students accessibility to an ever broadening range of college degrees.

ULM's Gateway to OnLine Degrees program, or GOLD, which is the clearinghouse for online degrees, offers the opportunity for students to enroll in its psychology program, which already reports a growing number of students and a large number pursing a degree.

Most of ULM's psychology faculty and instructors have been teaching for many years and students report high satisfaction with their psychology classes, according to program officials.
