CVB kicks off annual photo contest
The Monroe-West Monroe Convention and Visitors Bureau recently kicked off its annual photo contest.
The contest is free to enter and provides over $800 in prizes. There are two themed categories, with both adult and student divisions in each.
The two categories are "Only in Ouachita," and "Where People Meet."
