Foods that flatten your tummy and foods that make it bigger. This is a scientific study from Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston. That is where Mike Cage went for his heart ablation. Mike had arrhythmia and worried about having a stroke. By the way, this hospital is the training school for Harvard Medical School. The ablation worked!! Yay!
BELLY FRIENDLY: Blueberries, Asparagus(natural diuretic that helps get rid of water), Salmon (foods high in omega-3 fats promote digestion), Watermelon (another one of nature's water weight nixers), Citrus Fruit (squeeze some lemon into water to aid digestion).
BLOAT CAUSING: Alcohol (heavier drinkers tend to have more belly fat) --- Oh dear ---- Soy Sauce (sodium overload!
