OIB hires Oliver
Chris Windham, senior vice president and market manager of Ouachita Independent Bank, recently announced Stuart Oliver has joined OIB as assistant vice president in commercial lending.
With five years in banking, he most recently managed a commercial portfolio for the Monroe and Alexandria markets for a regional bank.
"The experience Stuart brings to OIB will be of great value as we grow the bank's loan portfolio," Windham said.
