Mustangs complere first scrimmage
The River Oaks football team completed their first scrimmage of the 2010 season last friday as the Mustangs traveled to Jackson, Miss. to play University Christian School, East Rankin Academy and Central Academy.
Each school got an opportunity to put their talents on the field against the other three schools in attendance. River Oaks coaches came away from the scrimmage seeing plenty to work on before this week's jamboree kicks off.
"I think we showed some good and bad," River Oaks head coach Robert Hannah said. "We have to play better assignment football."
